Scope of Reporting

No Retaliation: JJR Security has a zero-tolerance policy for retaliation against individuals who report concerns in good faith. Any form of retaliation, including termination, demotion, harassment, or discrimination, is strictly prohibited.

Anonymous Reporting: Individuals may choose to report anonymously if they prefer. However, providing contact information can facilitate follow-up and investigation.
