CP (B) Datuk Allaudeen Bin Abdul Majid is a distinguished former Senior Police Commissioner of the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) with over 35 years of service in national law enforcement. Throughout his career, he has led critical divisions in crime prevention, counter-terrorism, and community policing, building a reputation for integrity, decisive leadership, and operational excellence. As Chairman of JJR Security, Datuk Allaudeen provides strategic guidance on national security standards, compliance with the Private Agency Act 1971, and risk management policies, ensuring that JJR operates with discipline, transparency, and credibility.
AMIRUL ARSYAD BIN ABDUL MALIK

Amirul Arsyad is the Managing Director of Jitu Juara Resources (JJR Security) with over five years of experience in the security industry, driving the company’s expansion, modernization, and operational excellence. A certified holder of the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) “Yellow Book” certification, he brings strong expertise in workplace safety compliance, risk assessments, and incident management, ensuring that all operations meet stringent regulatory and client standards. As the strategic head of JJR Security, Amirul focuses on integrating innovative, technology-driven solutions including AI-assisted surveillance, real-time workforce management, and digital clock-in systems to deliver efficient, transparent, and client-centric services.
SITI HANISAH BINTI MUHAMMED ISMAIL
Finance Director
Siti Hanisah is a seasoned professional in corporate finance and compliance, specializing in payroll management, statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS), and tax reporting. She leads JJR Security’s financial governance framework, ensuring transparent accounting practices, effective budget allocation, and accurate payroll for a large and diverse workforce. By maintaining strong compliance with Malaysian labour laws and financial regulations, she strengthens the company’s credibility and trustworthiness with clients, employees, and regulators. Her focus on financial discipline and sustainable growth allows JJR Security to operate efficiently while remaining agile in scaling its nationwide operations.
